An evidence bundle contains the generation record(s), the full guardrail + route + fallback + settlement timeline, the guardrail-policy and service-profile versions in force, and a SHA-256 hash chain over the audit events — each link covers the previous hash, so any alteration breaks every subsequent link. Export requires the platform-admin key and a step-up assertion (X-Fabric-Step-Up); every export is itself written to the administrative audit log.
